Looking to the future I had to look to the past. They say that you must know your history in order to not fall into the path of the past. In doing so, I looked at how the real estate industry has evolved and looked to myself in how I could affect business as it is done today.
Depending on the type of company you are with now, and how hard you have been indoctrinated into their systems and culture will depend on you. I challenge you to think outside the box. Should you do that, your mind will be open to new and exciting ideas.
Although you might not have had the opportunity to have been with many companies, that’s okay. We all get comfortable with our surroundings, people and business plan. I can understand that. But I have to ask, are you reaching your full potential or are you just settling. The fact is that most agents just settle. Your loyalty is to be commended, you commission split is great and your outlook could not be any better. Or can you create bonds at other locations, get a better commission and can life get better for you. I see the problem as this; you're not looking, you forgot how to better yourself and you just settle.
A company was set up with you in mind. Within a half hour of your time, two things can happen. The first is that you don’t agree with the things I say and we part friends. The thing about that is that I know your thinking about what I have said, but you’re just not ready yet or the second thing is that you get what I am saying and make life changes.
How powerful would it be for you to be excited about a new environment that was set up to be a win win for you and the company? Think about what you could accomplish on your road to success. Could you imagine getting up to a life that has you working smarter not longer, getting what your worth not just accepting what others are offering, Now that is powerful. If I could show you how to accomplish this, the last question I need you to ask yourself is; "Would I be better off listening about the possibilities or is the status quo good enough for me?"
I knew you would see my point, the only right answer is that a half hour of your time is not much to give up, if an impact can directly change who you are, what you do, how you do it and what you deserve for it.
Life is about change, everyone and everything does!
